The accommodation consists of:

• Two bedrooms – 1 double, 1 twin
• Fully fitted Kitchen with dining table, fridge freezer, electric cooker and micro-wave
• Lounge with two large couches – one a double sofa bed, Sky TV, DVD and hi-fi
• Upstairs bathroom and downstairs toilet/shower
• Utility room with washing machine
• Oil central heating system

There is a large off-road parking area in front of the cottage.

Rates for a weekly let are £400 for July and August and £375 at other times
